| Arizona Torch Run is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization that is not funded by government agencies. Funding comes from individuals, organizations, corporate sponsorships, special events and grants. Arizona Torch Run is not a United Way agency. It strives to meet its goal to ensure more than 70% of funds are used for program delivery for the athletes. All contributions to Arizona Torch Run are tax deductible. |
| There are many ways to help Arizona Torch Run as an individual, a group or corporation. They include making a direct tax-deductible monetary or in-kind contribution, creating or supporting special promotions, special fund-raising events and planned giving initiatives. |

Through your support, Special Olympics Arizona is able to continue offering quality competitions and year-round training to our athletes. In 2007, we encourage you to look for the line that provides a contribution to Special Olympics Arizona on your 2007 Arizona Income Tax Form. If you give as little as a buck, you will help us reach not only our players but our goals.
UNITED WAY
Although Special Olympics Arizona does not currently receive funding from the United Way, we are eligible to receive financial support through the Workplace Campaign program. Through this program, participants can designate their funds to benefit Special Olympics Arizona simply by indicating the contribution amount on their pledge form along with the information noted below:
